Welcome to Sabalo, a remote hamlet on the Osa Peninsula that overlooks the Sierpe River, the Central Pacific coastline, and the Great Terraba Swamp. This project is one of two residential subdivision projects that is being offered up as either individual lots or as a project. As the map shows, there are 25 segregated and titled lots ranging from 1,064 square meters up to 15,000 square meters, with a total project acreage of 12.07 hectares. The lots are all titled, have rough cut access roads (dozed but not yet graveled), and grid electrical primary power distribution, at least along the public road in front. While there is no water distribution yet, the project contains two surface water sources from which concessions may be sought for individual lots.
