The owners have owned and farmed the land organically for more than 7 years.It has been certified organic for 4 of those years.

The farm is currently growing coffee, banana, platano, mandarina, apples, oranges, satsumas, avocado, guayaba, guava, guanébana, limes, lemons, potatoes, ginger, curcumin/turmeric, chayote, and a wide variety of other plants and trees.

There are various outbuildings including a large barn/open garage, a purpose built, industrial sized.

Compost facility of 24 Sq. meters a 6O Sq. meter greenhouse, plus a small greenhouse for the house. Close to the house there is a laundry room and visitor facilities including a toilet, shower and kitchen. Below the house is a 12 Sq. meter concrete shelter, which has running hot and cold water and could be easily used as an isolation room amongst other things.

There is a goat house which is designed to be easily converted into a house and is currently producing excellent organic goat milk, yoghurt and hard cheese. The goats are totally free range and probably have.
