This property is located in the low hills of La Balsa, Puerto Jimenez on the Osa Peninsula. It is just 10 minutes from downtown Puerto Jimenez on improved roads.

The property consist of two ridges of hills bisected by a “rainy season” creek. The property is bounded by the La Balsa road and Quebrada Victoria. Victoria is a small river that forms the lower boundary of the property. 90% of the property is dedicated to forest re growth. Vegetation is indicative of the low land rain forest environment of the Osa Peninsula generally, with secondary thee growth and some primary forest trees along the river and creeks.

Ridge top sites offer wide overlooking views of the forest canopy and surrounding lands. There are significant views of the waters of the Golfo Dulce and the sound of the surf on nearby beaches can be heard. The property support a great number of wild animals and birds. Puma, ocelot and other large mammals have been sighted. A professional guide has counted over 58 species of birds in just 2 hours.
